Using a holistic approach, Steffany brings 20+ years of personal and professional experience to her clients' care. She studied at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Arizona School of Massage Therapy and Arizona State University, where she earned a degree in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies.

Steffany's personal recovery + experience allow her to see and support others in the most remarkable ways. She offers a unique array of services and works with clients of all ages. Appointments are available in-person and online. ​
